This was originally created for use in a team contest, but it had to be removed...
I was sent the small terrain and a snow surface...I increased the terrain to 1025 x 1025 and added quite a few more layers of snow and a blend of rock textures. I then added the atmosphere and a hot-air ballon shaped bird. I had some problems with scaling ...maybe some lack of depth, but the terrain was fairly small...so I think that was the main challenge.
